I have on a WinVista and WinXP computers, other than the toolbar that comes with Win32, Nexus, FSL Launcher and PopUpMenu. At least I think those are their names. I am looking for the same for Win98--once I refurbish that computer--for free. Where online can I get one? I looked for one on freewarefiles.com and download.com. I found one, but it was simplistic. I'm looking for all the bells and whistles, but the program I found--which I have yet to download and install--doesn't seem to have them. Any suggestions?

Can you be more specific?

Seeing as you're asking in a programming group, I assume you're talking
about the toolbar control in which case, the question makes no sense.

The topic is OT: I didn't know where to ask it. I'm not looking for the control but the app. I am looking for a fun way to start a program--like the Start menu or a Win32 toolbar (a folder dragged to the edge of the screen), but with frills. It is not necessary; I just wanted to have a fun way to start a program.
